Scott Royce - Head Promoter
http://www.dcmidnight.com

When not dealing with Midnight business, Scott Royce works as a legal researcher and writes articles on history and politics from a pro-civil liberties, antiwar, feminist, and revisionist perspective. A graduate of the University of Virginia and a former political consultant, he looks —thank goodness—considerably younger than his slightly advanced age. Before opening Midnight, he spent several years researching how to run a club by downing bourbon and ginger ales at Midian, Radiation, Catacomb, Dark City, Nocturnia, Delerium, Labyrinth, Dollhouse, Purgatorio, Nevermore, and a variety of after-hours parties, some of them his own.

DJ Phae - DJ
http://fireme.to/djphae

DJ Phae is DC’s newest DJ. She hails from Richmond, VA where she’s lived for the last 18 years of her life. She attends VCU’s Psychology program, aspiring to play with all your minds. She works weekly spinning for MIDNIGHT in Washington, DC and has even tried her hand guesting in Baltimore. She enjoys spinning synthpop first and foremost, followed by 80s, industrial, gothic and much more. Having been in the scene since high school, her music collection is very well-rounded. Her favorite band is And One, followed by Beborn Beton and Cruxshadows. In June, 2002, she attended Synthpop Goes the World in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (presented by DJ Lazarus) and rocked out to the sounds of bands both new to her and old.

DJ JavieR - DJ
http://members.cox.net/hislordshipjavier

Haunting nightclubs throughout the US & Europe through the late 80’s and early 90’s inspired Grave Desires – his college radio show in Boston, MA – which further spawned his passion for disseminating dark & delightful music (1994 A.D.). After a decade in frosty New England, DJ JavieR uprooted and transplanted to Washington DC, the land of weeping cherry blossoms. Nostalgic setlists are his mark, enlightening new generations with the origins of our beautiful dark scene – while balancing the sets with fresh talent. DJ JavieR welcomes advance requests wherever he may be spinning. Contact info at http://members.cox.net/hislordshipjavier
